THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bilali Warega Adhanja (deceased), of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in sub-county of Rachuonyo South, known as W. Karachuonyo/Wagwe I/333, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in Succession Cause No. E417 of 2024 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Bakari Otieno Adhanja, of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Bilali Warega Adhanja (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Bakari Otieno Adhanja, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Bilali Warega Adhanja (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
