WHEREAS (1) Coline Olwa Opudo, (2) Benjamin Ombuya Dickens, (3) Dorcas Atieno, (4) Elisha Otieno Oyudo, (5) Vivian Awuor Otiende, (6) Maurice Otunga Onyuka and (7) Emily Akoth Osano, are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land, situate in the county of Migori, known as Kamagambo/Kabuoro/104, Kamagambo/Kabuoro/4715, Kamagambo/Kabuoro/4717, Kamagambo/Kabuoro/4989, Kamagambo/Kabuoro/4990, Kamagambo/Kabuoro/6232 and Kamagambo/Kabuoro/6233, respectively, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Migori in Succession Cause No. E14 of 2020, has cancelled L.R. Nos. Kamagambo/Kabuoro/104, Kamagambo/Kabuoro/4715, Kamagambo/Kabuoro/4717, Kamagambo/Kabuoro/4989, Kamagambo/Kabuoro/4990, Kamagambo/Kabuoro/6232 and Kamagambo/Kabuoro/6233 and the same restored to L.R. Nos. Kamagambo/Kabuoro/104, Kamagambo/Kabuoro/2115 in the names of (1) Opudo Nyambola (deceased) and (2) Charles Opudo Nyambola (deceased), respectively, hence the title deed issued to (1) Coline Olwa Opudo, (2) Benjamin Ombuya Dickens, (3) Dorcas Atieno, (4) Elisha Otieno Oyudo, (5) Vivian Awuor Otiende, (6) Maurice Otunga Onyuka and (7) Emily Akoth Osano if not surrendered within sixty (60) days of this publication shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
