WHEREAS Emmanuel Chengo Kenga, of P.O. Box 83565, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, was issued with a provisional certificate of title Reference No. 7151/II/MN containing 0.0162 hectare or thereabouts, Registered in C.R. 31414 vide Mombasa Civil Suit No. 2221 of 2013, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to establish that a vesting order has been issued vide Mombasa Misc. Civil/Application No. 228 of 2022 vesting the parcel to Jane Odhiambo Juma. The Provisional title issued to Emmanuel Chengo Kenga is cancelled and expunged from the register and has no legal effect thereof. Dated the 8th August, 2025. S. N.
