THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Eunice Nduta Wanyoike (ID/6414053) and (2) Jodaks Kenya Limited, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Kajiado/Olchoro-Onyore/8662, situate in Kajiado County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed was fraudulently acquired, and whereas all the effprts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land title deed for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert the said piece of land to its rightful owners being (1) Philip Claud Odhiambo Ojuang (ID/10330539) and (2) Caroline Kagendo Ruanjau (ID/11100561/73), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Eunice Nduta Wanyoike (ID/6414053) and (2) Jodaks Kenya Limited, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
