IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by provisions of section 30 of the National Rating Act, 2024 of the laws of Kenya, and the approval by the County Executive Committee vide County Executive minutes, the County Government of Nyandarua gives notice that the preparation of Nyandarua County Valuation Roll is underway. 2. The National Rating Act, 2024 (Appointment of Valuers) IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by provisions of section 22 of the National Rating Act, 2024 of the laws of Kenya, The County Government of Nyandarua appoints valuers listed here below as the valuers to prepare the Nyandarua County Valuation Roll, 2025— (a) Herbert Were, B.A (Land Economics) Hons, M.I.S.K (VS), and registered valuer, as the valuer to prepare the Nyandarua County Valuation Roll, 2025 (b) Jane Ciamwari Kairanya, B.A (Land Economics) Hons, M.I.S.K (VS), and registered valuer, as the valuer to prepare the Nyandarua County Valuation Roll, 2025 (c) Joseph Mwaniki Wamugi, B.A (Real Estate) Hons, M.I.S.K (VS), and Registered Valuer, as the valuer to prepare the Nyandarua County Valuation Roll, 2025 3. The National Rating Act, 2024 (Declaration) IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by provisions of section 27 of the National Rating Act, 2024 of the Laws of Kenya, The County Government of Nyandarua declares that the valuers in preparing the Nyandarua County Draft Valuation Roll, 2026 or any Supplementary Valuation Roll, need neither value nor include in the Roll the value of the land or the assessment for improvement rate. The Draft Valuation Roll will therefore include only the unimproved site value of every rateable property. 4. The National Rating Act, 2024 (Time of Valuation) IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by provisions of section 27 of the National Rating Act, 2024 of the Laws of Kenya, and approval by the County Executive Committee Resolution, the County Government of Nyandarua adopts the Time of Valuation for the purposes of preparing the Draft Valuation Roll 2026 as at the 23rd December, 2025.
