GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11112

NOTICE is given under the Transfer of Businesses Act (Cap. 500) that the school business currently operated by Regis Runda Academy Limited (the Transferor) on the property known as Land Reference No. 11681/10 (the School Business) is, subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent, intended to be transferred to the Makini School Limited (the Transferee). The period of this notice shall subsist for sixty (60) days from the date of its publication (notice period). All debts or liabilities due and owing by the Transferor in respect of the School Business up to the date of completion of the transfer of the School Business shall remain the sole responsibility of the Transferor and any claims relating thereto that are raised within the Notice Period shall be received, settled, and discharged exclusively by the Transferor. The Transferee shall not assume, and does not intend to assume any claims or liabilities whatsoever incurred by the Transferor in relation to the School Business arising prior to the completion of the transfer of the School Business to the Transferee. Any claims or liabilities that are not raised within the Notice Period shall be deemed waived and shall not be considered enforceable against the Transferor. The address of the Transferor is P.O.
