NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of Two Television sets, make Samsung 55’ inches to take delivery of the said Tvs from the premises of Devine solution, Mombasa within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of repair and storage charges and costs of publication of this notice and any other incidental costs, failure to which the said Tvs will be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds will be utilized to defray the repair and storage charges, advertisement and other incidental charges or costs and the shortfall, if any will be recovered from the owners through legal proceedings.
