NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the disposal of uncollected goods act (Cap 38), of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of motor vehicle reg No. KCM 191S Mitsubishi L200 currently lying at Jakisumu Yard NBI upon payment of storage arrears, security and repair costs together with other related costs that may be owed including publication costs failure to which the same shall be disposed of under the disposal of uncollected goods act, either by public auction , tender, private treaty and the proceeds of sale be used to defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
