Box 39258- 00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Edna Liz Mutheu Ghandi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Edna Liz Mutheu Ghandi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Edna Mutheu Kiilu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Edna Mutheu Kiilu only.
