NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 99, in Volume B-13, Folio 2336/22244, File No. 1637, by our client, Dennis Jimmy Mugao, of P.O. Box 81220-80100, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mboya D. Jimmy, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mboya D. Jimmy and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dennis Jimmy Mugao, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Dennis Jimmy Mugao only.
