Box 2119- 00103, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joan Nyambura Waweru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Joan Nyambura Waweru and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ralia Mohammed Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ralia Mohammed Hassan only.
