Box 57975– 00522, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Betty Wambui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Betty Wambui and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elizabeth Julie Wambui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Elizabeth Julie Wambui only.
