NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1165, in Volume DI, Folio 228/1488, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Yusuf Hussein Imran, of P.O. Box 20300– 552, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Yusuf Amrani Waziri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Yusuf Amrani Waziri and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Yusuf Hussein Imran, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Yusuf Hussein Imran only.
