NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 813, in Volume DI, Folio 220/1412, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Byaruhanga Kazingo, of P.O. Box 30124– 00100, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Brian Byaruhanga Kazingo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Brian Byaruhanga Kazingo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Byaruhanga Kazingo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Byaruhanga Kazingo only.
