NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1099, in Volume DI, Folio 225/1458, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Annastacia Nduku Munyao (guardian), on behalf of Teresia Ndanu Munyao (minor), formerly known as Triza Mutheu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Triza Mutheu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Teresia Ndanu Munyao, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Teresia Ndanu Munyao only.
