REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Butala Herbert Watiti, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, known as parcel No. E. Bukusu/N. Sangalo/5684 and 5685, respectively, situate in the Bungoma County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of titles issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
