REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ahmed Yussuf Okeya Owiny, of P.O. Box 1760, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as parcel No. Kisumu/Ojola/3980, situate in the Kisumu County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of titles issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
