NOTICE is given, in accordance with Article 187 of the Constitution of Kenya and section 26 of the Intergovernmental Relations Act, that the National Government, through the Ministry of Education and the County Government of Mandera, have on the 8th May, 2025, entered into an Intergovernmental Participatory Agreement on implementation of some elements of education function. In particular, the Agreement establishes a framework for co- operation between the respective levels of governments in issuance of bursary and scholarship programmes designed to provide support to the county students enrolled in secondary schools and tertiary institutions. Interested members of the public may inspect a copy of the said Agreement at following offices during the normal working hours: Ministry of Education, Jogoo House B, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi. Office of the County Executive Committee Member for Education, County Government of Mandera, County Education Department Offices, Mandera. Dated the 22nd September, 2025.
