WHEREAS Albina Mwagunga Ndamu, of P.O. Box 40182– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, as the beneficiary of the estate of Benedict Mwagunga Ndamu, the registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 2018/VI/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 10909, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is 14th February, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
