THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kadzo Ruwa Mangi and (2) Chenda Yaa Mangi, as administrators to the estate of Daniel Yaa Mangi (deceased), are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 12.4 hectares or thereabout, known as Kilifi/Roka/368, situate in Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed in respect of the said parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a provisional title as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
