THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kadzo Mtawali Mboya, as the administrator of the estate of Mtawali Mboya Masha (deceased), is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 14.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Malindi/Ramada/394, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed in respect of the parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional title as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
