WHEREAS Naseem Hussein Ahmed, of P.O. Box 82300–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 11492/380, situate in Mariakani Township in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. No. N112/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
