REGISTRATION

WHEREAS parcels numbers Cis-Mara/Siana “A”/9208, 9209, 9210, 9211, 9212, 9213, 9214, 9215, 9216, 9217, 9218, 9219, 9220, 9221, 9222, 9223, 9224, 9225, 9226, 9227, 9228, 9229, 9230, 9231, 9232, 9233, 9234, 9235, 9236, 9237 and 9238, are registered under various proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those parcels of land measuring in varied hectares and situate in Narok County, and whereas the said sub-division was purportedly done on parcel Cis Mara/Siana ‘A’/87, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to indicate that the above parcels of land were illegally and purportedly hived out of L.R. No. 27668 FR No. 341/46 (Maasai Mara Game Reserve), and not parcel Cis Mara/Siana “A”/87, and whereas the mutation from that necessitated the processing of the above title deeds has since been recalled and cancelled by the district surveyor, and whereas the office has issued adequate notice to various proprietors to surrender the said titles for cancellation, the same has been ignored and all the efforts to have the titles surrendered for cancellation under section 14 (a), (b) and section 79 (2) of the L.R.A. and regulation thereof but declined to do so and whereas notice is given that the said title deeds are cancelled and are of no evidence of ownership Dated the 14th February, 2025.
