REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gathimba Haris Kariuki, of P.O. Box 12803, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0361 hectare or thereabouts, known as Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 3/5834, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
