REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Prisca Mbera Moreka, of P.O. Box 455, Keroka in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Gesima Settlement Scheme/846, situate in Nyamira County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
