THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) David Muguku Kingori and (2) John Mwangi Gathere, both of P.O. Box 164–10100, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0416 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Tetu/Muthuaini/2299, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open a new land register (green card) and the missing land register shall be deemed to be of no effect.
