THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Kamakia Kiangura (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado North, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/27415, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1444 of 2014 has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Gladys Njeri Waruiru and (2) Stephen Mutuma Kiangura, both of P.O. Box 75576– 00200, Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open a new land register and the missing land register shall be deemed to be of no effect and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R. 39 and L.R. 42.
