THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Nguli Mbesa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 9.4 hectares or thereabout, known as Muthetheni/Utithini/128, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas in the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court ta Tawa in Succession Cause No. 8 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration to Phylisilah Mueni Nguli, and whereas the said has executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 to Phylisilah Mueni Nguli, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Nguli Mbesa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
