THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

Whereas Mwajabu Nabua Shambani (ID/0987426), of P.O. Box 3, Taveta in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Taita Taveta/Kitobo “B”/374, situate in the county of Taita Taveta, and whereas a hearing was conducted by the land registrar Taita Taveta on 13th November, 2024 at the Wundanyi office of land registry, and whereas determination was made to expulge the register of Taita Taveta/Kitobo “B”/374 in the names of Mwajabu Nabua Shambani, and whereas she was directed to surrender the original title held by her within fourteen (14) days and the same has not been surrendered, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense within the production of the said land title deed and proceed to expulge the said register record in the names of Mwajabu Nabua Shambani, and uphold the register of Taita Taveta/Kitobo “B”/374 in the names of Phyllis Muthoni Mwaura, and upon expulging the said register the land title deed issued to the said Mwajabu Nabua Shambani, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
