THE NANDI COUNTY TEXTILE CORPORATION ACT

APPOINTMENT

IT IS notified to the general public that in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the Nandi County Textile Corporation Act, 2024, the County Executive Committee Member responsible for matters relating to Trade and Industrial Development appoint the following persons to be board members of the Nandi County Textile Corporation— Under paragraph (a)— Nicholas Kipyego Choge; Under paragraph (b)— the Chief Officer responsible for Trade; Under paragraph (c)— the Chief Officer responsible for Finance or their delegate; Under paragraph (d)— Samson Kipatnui Metto; Asha Chelagat Shah; David Kimeli Mugun; Judith Metto; Under paragraph (e)— Jonah Pwambok; The persons appointed under paragraphs (a) and (d) shall each hold office for a period of three (3) years, renewable once, subject to their satisfactory performance.
