PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was on the 13th January, 2025, completed. The plan relates to land situated within Kapenguria Municipality in West Pokot County. Copies of the draft Kapenguria Municipality Physical and Land Use Development/Spatial Plan (2024-2035) have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge at the office of the CECM, Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development (Ardhi House, Kapenguria), Kapenguria Municipal offices (Ardhi House, Kapenguria) and Siyoi, Kapenguria and Mnagei Ward Administration offices between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday and the Kapenguria Municipality website; www.https://www.kapenguriamunicipality.co.ke Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Executive Committee Member, Land, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 222–30600, Kapenguria within sixty (60) days and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 20th January, 2024.
