NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of motor vehicles registration numbers: KCY 477B, Mitsubishi Outlander; KBN 494W, Subaru Legacy; KBU 483L, Mercedes E220 CDI; and KDC 432C, Toyota Mark, that are Currently lying at Express Garage situated in Thindigua, Kiambu Road, Kiambu County, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within Thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all the accrued charges that includes the cost of this publication failure to which the same shall be disposed of by way of either public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owners and the proceeds therefrom or part thereof be defrayed against all accrued charges and any other incidental costs incurred.
