NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 175, in Volume B-13, Folio 2397/21759, File No. 1637, by me, Kelvin Charles Wanyama, formerly known as Mohamed Abdallah Mbarak, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Mohamed Abdallah Mbarak and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kelvin Charles Wanyama, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Kelvin Charles Wanyama only.
