NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 133, in Volume D1, Folio 29/237, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Abeud Griz Adero, formerly known as Abeud Adero, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abeud Adero, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abeud Griz Adero, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abeud Griz Adero only.
