NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th January, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1191, in Volume D1, Folio 25/206, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Masha Ian Bidii, of P.O. Box 5254–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ian Iha Sandrew alias Iha Bidii, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ian Iha Sandrew alias Iha Bidii, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Masha Ian Bidii, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Masha Ian Bidii only.
