NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 490, in Volume D1, Folio 315/2111, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Stephen Murimi Kaari, of P.O. Box 2041– 00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stephen Murimi Kimanzi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Stephen Murimi Kimanzi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephen Murimi Kaari, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Stephen Murimi Kaari only.
