NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th January, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 526, in Volume DI, Folio 38/318, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Innocent Ombwayo Nambubi, of P.O. Box 75203–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Innocent John Ombwayo Adambo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Innocent John Ombwayo Adambo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Innocent Ombwayo Nambubi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Innocent Ombwayo Nambubi only.
