THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Mohamed Hussein, as the administrator of the esate of Mohamed Hussein Ali (deceased), of P.O. Box 10624, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/II/220, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N5, Folio 61/211, File 524, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
