THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ketan Jayakrishna Patel, of P.O. Box 64302–00620, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 214/473, situate in Nairobi Municipality in the Nairobi extra Provincial District Area, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 17915/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the regsiter, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
