THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abu Mohamed, of P.O. Box 86047–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.3355 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 1761/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District registered as C.R. 13921, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, Dated the 7th February, 2025.
