NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21 st January, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 807, in Volume D1, Folio 17/139, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Samuel Yeston, of P.O. Box 12112, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Samuel Wamahiu Migwi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samuel Wamahiu Migwi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Samuel Yeston, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Samuel Yeston only.
