whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Nyando in Environment and Land Case No. E2 of 2022, has issued a decree to the land registrar to rectify the title by removing (1) Daudi Moi Odindo, (2) Mary Atieno Kadu and (3) Alfred Oloo Abande, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to Alfred Oloo Abande, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to (1) Daudi Moi Odindo, (2) Mary Atieno Kadu and (3) Alfred Oloo Abande shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
