O. Box 52856–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Amani Nduta Natu (minor), formerly known as Amani Natu Nduta, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Amani Natu Nduta and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amani Nduta Natu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Amani Nduta Natu only.
