TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By (1) Patrick Eshiwani Amukoa and (2) Catherine Ayuma Amukoa, both of P.O. Box 11465–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Amukoa Wanyembe, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 6th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By Timothy Wafula Fukwo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Fukwo Waluse, who died at Lukhuna, Kimilili, on 16th June, 1990. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By (1) Edward Musamali Waswa, (2) Joseph Wanjala Waswa and (3) Roselyne Muganda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waswa Nabwela Wekulo, who died at Mwirumbi, Ndivisi, on 21st February, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
