TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By (1) Peris Wairimu Sawe, (2) Ronald Kiprono Kirui, (3) Timothy Kibet Kirui and (4) Benjamin Kipngeno Kirui, all of P.O. Box 13993–00800, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Kipkirui Sawe, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 27th October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025 By Shadrack Kipkirui Korir, of P.O. Box 710, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Kipkemoi Kitur, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
