TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2024 By Rose Auma Omolo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Omolo Oyoo, who died on 18th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025 By Roselyne Anyango Orodi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Okal Owiti alias Richard Okal Awiti, who died on 31st January, 1985. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2025 By (1) Michael Ochieng Onyango and (2) Teresa Achieng Omulo, both of P.O. Box 479–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndia Omulo, who died at Kogony Sub-location, on 11th February, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
