TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E523 OF 2025 By Peter Cheruiyot Matei, of P.O. Box 651, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tafrandi Sigirai Sang, who died at Olbanata Sub-location, on 13th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E541 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Gitau Muriranja, (2) Henry Kamau Muriranja, (3) Esther Ngina Muriranja and (4) Peris Wanjiru Muriranja, all of P.O. Box 1689–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wairimu Muriranja, who died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
