Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Muiruri Chege, who died at Mitimingi, on 15th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. Box 17787, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthumbi Kimithiri alias Muthumbi Kimindiri, who died at Kihingo, on 30th April, 2005. Box 2436, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njenga Gituko, who died at Mahiga, on 15th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E484 OF 2025 By George Muchiri Njuguna, of P.O. Box 123, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wamae Muchiri, who died at Bagaria, on 1st October, 1998.
