E87 OF 2025 By (1) Florence Wangui Irungu and (2) Damaris Wamaitha Irungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Irungu Kimani, who died at Murang’a County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 13th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2024 By John Ndungu Kariuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wangeci Ndirai, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 28th April, 2019. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2024 By (1) Cecilia Wambui Gachie and (2) Paul Kibui Gachii, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronicah Wanjiku Gachii, who died at Gitothua, on 21st September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
