TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2025 By Hannah Ripe Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kihanya Ndungu, who died at N.S.C.R.H., on 9th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2025 By Grace Wanjiru Wairia, of P.O. Box 1127–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Wangui Wairia, who died on 20th October, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
